"Chuối Nếp Nước Cốt Dừa" are bananas encased in sticky rice and sweetened with coconut milk. Like everywhere else in the world, fuel and food prices are going up here. Most eateries and cafes have not raised their prices, however, but I imagine they will soon enough. A couple mornings this week, Cafe Ca Dao was emptier than usual.
