I noticed in a lot of pics folks smoking in Philly bars. What gives? I thought smoking in bars was pretty much banned everywhere. I don't smoke anymore but am against banning of smoking in bars. One of those awful morality laws instigated & abetted by both the right & left winger do-gooders. A pox on both their houses. I love your site, love the tales of people's lives.
