Inside St. Paul's, a Tamil Anglican church consecrated in 1840. It's 3:55AM and I'm hearing church bells, but I heard them even earlier. There's a bunch of churches in this neighborhood, Shivaji Nagar. In Vung Tau, I heard church bells at 4:30AM each morning.
