Liên Hương. Braised pork and eggs is the ultimate Vietnamese comfort food, but it has sugar and is meant to be eaten with white rice, so I can't touch it. The other dish, mắm chưng, is steamed and has fermented fish, ground pork and egg, so is OK, but it's pretty salty and also meant to be eaten with rice, of course. I might just eat it by itself one day.
