Kenny--Center-City

On Sundays, the inspectors from Licenses and Inspection don't walk around, so Kenny can sell ice cold bottled water and pretzels on Market Street, except that, on Sundays, there aren't a lot of people on Market Street. Kenny also sells at the stadium, "but you have to be across the street, or they'll chase you away." Inspectors can also confiscate Kenny's merchandises. Kenny pays $28 for a hundred pretzels, sells them for a buck each. His cost also includes three bottles of mustard, at a buck each. The pretzels only last a day, so at the end of each day, Kenny leaves the leftover on a bench for the homeless. He doesn't take the cart home, but chain locks it "at a secret spot." Kenny's been doing this for fifteen years.
