Outside The Gallery shopping mall, a fence has just been put up to prevent the homeless from sleeping inside that long verandah. Before, about 25 people would sleep there on any given night, and in the daytime too, you could often find a body or several lying there. A few shots of what it used to be like: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
