Objecting to my depiction of a Levittown in decline, a Levittowner wrote that "Houses sell quickly and cost around $200,000+". I had no idea if this was true, so I went on Zillow to investigate and found many, many houses in the $140,000-$180,000 range, with some even cheaper.
