Since Germany suspended the military draft on July 1st, 2011, it must advertise to get soldiers. "60 YEARS / GERMAN ARMED FORCES / WE. SERVE. GERMANY. As varied as the people who work here. Discover the German armed forces as an employer!" Fighting for the US in Afghanistan, Germany lost 54 soldiers.
