Linh Dinh at plastic recycling plant on 9-24-19--Ea Kly

At Mrs. Ha's cafe around 5:45 this morning, a guy saw me order a second cup of coffee, so asked if I was a truck driver. He said he was, "Each night, I must drink three cups of coffee, two cans of Red Bull and smoke a bunch of cigarettes, just to stay awake." But then he couldn't sleep, lying in his truck in a busy lot during the four hours of rest allotted to him. He'd been on this hectic schedule for three weeks, transporting rice, mostly, long distance. It's rice harvesting time. He won't be able to get some real rest for another week.

To make a profit, all trucks exceed their load limit, so each driver has a budget to pay off cops along the way. To encounter fewer cops, these trucks try to operate at night.
