A Korean hot dog is one that's battered, deep fried and lightly dusted with sugar. You can get one to go for 80 cents, but the above is a bigger and fancier version at a neighborhood bakery in Mandeok-dong. It has a better hot dog, more sophisticated batter and melted cheese. Costs $2.84.
