Just opened Tirana Fried Chicken. The owner was friendly, the service great and the waitresses pretty, but the chicken was under seasoned and not terribly crispy. At least the three KFCs in Tirana aren't nearby. TFC is linked to Hip Hop Cafe, so it's a bit loud there. The owner is clearly aiming for a young and hip crowd.
