Stellenbosch Tasting Room in Klein Windhoek, a very nice neighborhood. Stellenborsch is a South African town near Cape Town.

My $6 breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomato was cheap enough, but it wasn't too good. Still, it was a pleasant room to sit in. Very civilized.
