Anh Mập is Fatso or Gordo. Fatso sells quails, chicken gizzards, chicken legs, chicken rumps, pig's innards, pork kebabs and salty pickled vegetables. Mostly the cheapest peasant food, basically.

Wonder how the quail tastes. In the US, farmed quail just tastes like chicken, but wild quail is great.
