Stand sells soup with crab, pig's brain or crab and shrimp. Drinks are herbal iced tea or an aloe vera and chia seeds concoction sweetened with alum sugar. Desert is flan au caramel. These girls are actually the owner's daughters and not customers, though little kids do run around to snack by themselves. I did it as a kid in Saigon.
