$4.16 for a plate of deep fried chicken (without batter) and fried rice at Tomyum House, a Thai restaurant owned by a Vietnamese, with an entirely Vietnamese staff. Serve this in Bangkok and they might burn the place down, but it was good enough. I'd eat there again.
