It's not just Philly and other large cities, the crime and violence, especially black crime and violence since the martyrdom of Saint Fentanyl (George Floyd), is all over America - you're not truly safe anywhere within the borders of the USA. Cut the EBT benefits to America's tens of millions of bottom feeders and you'll see more bloodshed in the USA than there was in Vietnam during its American war.
