Since Vietnamese do not lick their fingers when eating, "Finger Lickin' Good" has to go, but the new slogan, "Good Taste on Every Finger" makes little sense, and even sounds a bit gross.
I'll post photos and stories about Japan soon. I arrived yesterday in Tokyo. Drank and talked too much last night. Today, I ate at a Jonathan, a Japanese chain that does versions of American comfort dishes. I ordered a plate that had a hamburger patty in gravy, a piece of boneless fried chicken, three potato wedges and some corn. It was actually pretty good, and reasonably cheap too, for Tokyo.
