She's born in Nam Dinh. She sells an omelet and pate banh mi for 65 cents, and it's pretty good. Because of the coronavirus scare, schools have been closed, so all the local food suppliers for the school lunch program are losing a lot of money. This crisis is already affecting billions of people, down to the smallest businessmen. Normally, she would be set up in front of the school, to sell to the kids.
"The rich stay rich, the poor stay poor," she said.

All the Panikmacherei about coronavirus seems overdone (but I have not followed it closely) -- feel sorry for her and all others like her.
This sort of ad hoc food vending seems common over there; you've posted a number of such fotos -- is there any regulation of that sort of business?
And BTW ... she's pretty much right.
