Outside De Waal Park in Gardens. Same man wrapped in plastic on 9/29/21. He would be classified as "coloured" here. On Long Street, there's a 27-year-old guy who runs a sandwich stand. His father is colored, and his mother is white, of English extraction. He looks so white, I just assumed he was white. On his ID, he's indentifed as white.

Joking with him, I said, "Hey man, you should declare yourself as black! That way, you can get a government job!"
