Namibian cleanliness/tidiness might be a positive colonial influence, although it doesn't quite make-up for Germans poisoning the local wells during their attempt at tribal extermination. Anyways, it's good to see a people not trashing their environment.

Namibians are cleaner than Vietnamese, that's for sure.
In Windhoek, there are trash cans even along thinly traversed stretches.
