It's NY's bail reform law that eliminates bail for a majority of criminals and allows them to walk free after committing the crimes. Criminals don't fear the consequences anymore because there are none. There are no incentives for the police to do their work because they will say "why bother?" Savages are running wild in New York, among other large US cities. America is imploding.
