The entire country believes it was a jab injury from the beginning, and I’m sure the royal family believes that too. There’s always a lot of bullshit storylines swirling around events like this with a thousand different motives for the bullshit, so take everything with a swig of fish sauce.
Personally, having spent a lot of time in Thailand since the early eighties, I don't believe the Royal Families would have taken the shot. The triumvirate of the ruling powers ie Royals, Military, Mafia shoud not be under-estimated. After all they were never colonized and any dealings with foriegn powers always came with the advantage to Thailand. Very strong and co-hesive people. Initially the Thai used the Chinese vaxs' which seem to be more or less useless and the only adverse reactions I have read about is a "possibility" of an increase in leukaemia cases. There is a lot more to this than meets the eye, perhaps Brian Berletec of New Atlas has a "on the ground" opinion worth checking out. I prefer my fish sauce with a dash of Mekhong whiskey, cheers.
