Wikipedia describes it as "an increasingly week-end destination for wealthy Ho Chi Minh City residents as well as emerging as a resort destination for international tourists." Even $63 a night is preposterous for most Vietnamese. Very few Vung Tau residents go to Hồ Tràm and I can't stand snob hangouts.
