Blue Threads to the Soul: Linh Dinh's collected poems

These poems are taken from my collections, All Around What Empties Out (2003), American Tatts (2005), Borderless Bodies (2006), Jam Alerts (2007), Some Kind of Cheese Orgy (2009) and A Mere Rica (2017). Some from these books are not included. Many have been revised, if only slightly. One prose poem, "13," is from my Blood and Soap (2004). There’s also an uncollected poem, a 2015 interview I did with Tahseen Alkhateeb and a 2019 online article, “Walt Whitman, Mass Media and Jewish Power.” Since the English poetry in me fizzled out in 2017, and I don’t expect to see it revived, this book is the summation of my innocent careen through that field. I sure thought it would last longer, but doesn’t everyone say that about everything? While in Ubon Ratchathani in 2023, I got terribly sick, so realized it was past time to tie up a few loose ends. These Blue Threads to the Soul, then, I humbly give you (for a small fee, plus taxes).
