Linh Dinh, DV Vietnamese-American writer, Journalist spoke to Press TV's U.S. Desk on Thursday about his opinion about a recent New York Times article titled 'We the People' loses appeal with people around the world.
"The Constitution is the basis of U.S. laws and yet there are new laws that are in contradiction of the U.S. Constitutions and a U.S. President can now arrest anyone, including U.S. citizens, and even assassinate anyone which is in direct contradiction to the Constitution," he said.
“It seems that the U.S. Constitution is a threat to the current administration of the USA… freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, freedom of speech are already threatened in the USA,” Dinh concluded.
