Hi, Linh. My husband and I were talking about this crime against humanity and wondering when they would get benches with spikes that would be mechanically withdrawn if you put in a quarter.
There is a name for this architectural feature that is escaping my mind. There was a massive instillation of this stuff in Montreal a few years ago and a big back-lash. http://www.torontosun.com/2014/06/10/montreal-removes-anti-homeless-spikes-from-downtown-bookstore
Also, LJansen, they are going with "pay-to-lay" in Shangon China already. Soon to be at a theater near you!
