Russians in Vung tau have always kept a pretty low profile, but at the Veranda Bar, you could often find a few, and the bartenders were Russian. Veranda is dead, however, due to the Covid nonsense that chased many foreigners away. When I took a photo here on 11/25/19, there was a Ukrainian, Russian and Pole, all drinking together, and all making a living in Vung Tau as English teachers.
