Two people sleeping rough on 8-23-24--Vung Tau copy




At least five people slept rough at this park last night. Such a scene is very rare in downtown Vung Tau. I should know, since I cover at least a couple miles by 6:30AM each morning. The old homeless man across Cóc Cóc Café has disappeared.
