Laughing Cow cheese in fridge--Ea Kly

There is a God and he's definitely cruel. I've had some of the finest cheeses in Italy, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Spain and England, so Laughing Cow is my comeuppance and hairshirt. It's popular in Vietnam because it doesn't have to be refrigerated. In the heat, though, it's so mushy, many Vietnamese still confuse cheese with butter. Although the French were here for a century, cheese and wine cultures never caught on, and neither did French fries. The last are becoming popular in the cities thanks to American fastfood chains.
