Entrance to subway station near Bujeon Market. Korea allows people to sell stuff just about anywhere. I never saw anything like this in Japan, and I was in Tokyo, Osaka, Kawasaki and Matsudo.
I remember that kind of thing about 40 years ago. Then, you could still see old women on the train coming in from the country with boxes of vegetables on their back, to sell on city streets. But now it has totally disappeared.
