Could just as well be somewhere in the SFBA -- someone I know who drives around the south bay area during the day on the job occasionally sends me similar fotos -- in SF not long ago, "hate crime" charges were dropped against a young black male (already on probation) for filming other Blacks harassing an old Chinese guy who was out collecting cans in the Bayview neighborhood of SF.
