The bartender was a young woman from Nepal. Since the owner said he'd been to 109 countries, I asked her, "How many countries have you been to."

"One!"

Owner, "Ah, you've been to India, and Dubai, and you were born in Nepal."

Bartender shrugged, "Dubai is just another state [of the United Arab Emirates]."
