Unpacked from this crate, the books are displayed on the sidewalk. Most titles aren't so literary, and there are always several copies of Mein Kampf.

'Drayser' is in that pile of books - haven't met any fellow 'mericans in my long life who bothered with Theodore Dreiser although he wrote one of the most iconic of american novels: An American Tragedy*
*ambitious poor boy seduces, then murders innocent rich girl after he realizes he'll never be accepted by the 'quality'
