Fontana Cafe, where older guys drink alcohol early in the morning. It's my favorite place in Podgorica. No music. The bartender is a lovely lady about 60 who speaks no English. I knew enough to ask for "pivo," however, so all was fine. The only beer served is the very good Nikšićko, with a bottle costing just $1.53.
