Eric used to do construction but is now employed in a nursing home, doing janitorial work. His sister, a long time employee there, has hooked him up with this new job. He has two grown children, one working in a hotel kitchen for $8 an hour, and one in nursing school. He is hopeful the economy will get better soon.
