Mark G travels from city to city to sell these. After Philly, he'll hit New Orleans, Las Vegas and Oakland. Yesterday, he sold six of the cutouts at $20 per. He told me Philly cops don't bother street vendors, unlike those in NYC and other places. Mark actually does have Philly business and vending licenses, which cost him $500 altogether [!], but he doesn't have a license for selling in Center City. Mark used to work as a teacher and a graphic designer, but he prefers being his own boss. Plus, he gets to travel.
