Ben-Franklin-Bridge--Olde-City








Underside of the Ben Franklin Bridge that connects Philadelphia with Camden, NJ. Rocks are embedded in concrete to prevent the homeless from sleeping, then, to make extra sure, a steel fence is placed over all the recesses.
