I think he may have overdone it, however. It'd be better to have $1 pho, so people won't feel like they're just getting free food. It was very hot yesterday, and I had walked about 10 miles by the time I saw this sign, so I didn't go in to have dinner, just to have a chance to talk to the owner. Exhausted and needing to relax, I opted for a nearby bar instead!
