Every late afternoon or early evening, this man shows up outside this tiny bus station. I don't think they let him inside. He never gets on a bus but stands there for hours, talking to no one but himself. Yesterday, I saw a man give him some hot food. He didn't even want to take it at first, but finally placed it against the wall on the rim of the trash can.
