Linh, Really great photos of your cross-country journey. Loved the bagel story in Omaha. Question: How do they know the homeless from the people are stuck waiting for delayed or canceled buses?

They ask to see your ticket! One homeless guy was about to be kicked out, so he said to the security guy, "Do you know how cold it is outside?" And it was 7 degree F that night.

"I'm sorry, but I'm just doing my job."

"Are you human?"

"I'm sorry, but you have to leave now."

The homeless man ended up just ouside the door, pacing back and forth all night.

I agree, Linh...these photos of your cross-country adventure are incredible! Can't wait to see more. Still chuckling a little over the Cheyenne bar brawl, and your "snow bath." Must have been invigorating!!

I know that Denver Greyhound station. Took many a bus (as a teenager) from Denver to Colorado Springs to visit a boyfriend. Lived in Aurora almost five years.

About the homeless folks... It's beyond inhumane that they were forced outside. *Sighing* I don't know why warming shelters couldn't be put up in cities. Rips me up.

Hi Cindy,

I think I'll make the snow bath a part of my routine now. Whenever the flakes come down, I'll be outside.

Now THAT, Linh, I'd like to see photos of, too! Hahahahaaa! At least of your facial expressions!
