Thanks to a blizzard, over a hundred people were stranded at the KC Greyhound Station on 3/25/13. Only a handful were willing or able to pay for a taxi cab and hotel room. I slept on a steel bench. This, after having slept on the bus the night before. The next night, I'd also sleep on the bus, then the floor of the Greyhound station in Denver, then two more nights on the bus before I reach Oakland, my final destination.
