Someone graduating from this "university" won't likely get any job, period, much less one with such benign, happy and well behaving children as in this idyllic photo. It's curious also that both teacher and kids can be categorized as white Hispanics.
That's precisely the problem. It seems the objective is not to have graduates fit for teaching, but to extract money from desperate people for a profit - without giving anything of value in return.
Given the rise of poverty to Third World standards in the Empire, this seems to be a viable business model in the long run. You'll never run out of desperate people who are willing to sign up as a last ditch effort.

The image pretty much sums up everything that is wrong with American uneducation.
A teacher in 18 months? Or 18 months of learning how to pass the multiple choice exam with 100% online courses by underpaid adjunct lecturers.
