Judging by the Marc Anthony image, it's a Puerto Rican family. The poem is for the dead soldier, "Son of Teté." It compares him to a particularly bright star that has been "robbed from us," yet will shine forever on the "path through this life of those who will never forget you. Rest in Peace."
