My neighborhood, and mere feet from my apartment building. The Vietnamese on flyer shows that this family likely came over in 1975 or not long after, for "liên lạc" is no longer commonly used. It's now "liên hệ," which is actually wrong. Decadence, decadence everywhere!

12/6/14 update: I've seen many more of these flyers, with most just in English, and some bilingual, in English and Spanish, so the family is probably not Vietnamese. Still, the Vietnamese as used above is very natural and nuanced.
