This Point Breeze mural was put up in 1990, and its coordinator, Jane Golden, might just be Philly's next mayor. Photographing this, I was standing in the Ralph Brooks Tot Lot, named after a 6-year-old who was left paralyzed from the waist down when he was struck by a stray bullet from a drug deal gone wrong.
