Snacks at bar/fresh beer takeout near Minska Station. Instead of the "Los Angeles" peanuts, I had the Nabeer dried fish. Though I laughingly conveyed to bartender it tasted awful, it's very similar to Vietnamese dried fish, though Vietnamese wouldn't use it as a beer snack. From what I understand, it's traditionally meant to go with vodka.
