Methdone clinic--Quy Hop








Lots of drug smuggling from nearby Laos. On January 31st, two guys were caught with 15 pounds of heroin and 11 pounds of crystal meth.

This part of Nghe An has many minorities, and I would guess the lady above is a Tai.
