JUNK BOOK STORE--Kuala Lumpur









Wonderful name for a bookstore. Kedai Buku is obviously Malay for "Bookstore," but what's curious to me is why the borrowed word, "Buku," from the Dutch "Boek"? Surely they had books before the Dutch showed up?
