Bangers and mash at VBF Bar--Vung Tau









I've lost my mind. I ordered bangers and mash in Vietnam! Funny thing is, it turned out pretty damn good. Since VFB Bar was owned for 20 years by an Englishman, its Vietnamese cook still knows how to make English dishes.
