Looks like cool weather there -- what was the temperature?
I was walking around in a T-shirt. Today's high is 80, low 71. When it's 70 or so, Vietnamese think it's cool. Hanoi's low today is 61, and that's "cold" here. Tomorrow's low for Hanoi is 53.In Saigon, it's 74-92.
